Will I Lose My Data? (Data Backup)
Data loss is highly unlikely for most repairs. However, we strongly recommend backing up your important data before handing over your device, as data management remains your responsibility.
Do You Come to Me?
Most repairs are performed at our premises by appointment only (contact link below), and we kindly ask you to drop off and collect your device.
We understand this isn't always convenient, so in certain cases, we can visit your location or offer a pick-up and return service for an additional fee.
Payments and deposits
No pre-payment or deposit is required unless we express so. Payment is due upon completion of the service. See our payments page for details.
